You are an independent provider. You are not an employee, agent, partner, representative, franchisee, or contractor of Qembara.
Qembara may review, approve, reject, edit, pause, remove, rank, promote, or feature Hosts and Listings. However, Qembara's review, approval, curation, featuring, or publication of your Host profile or Listing does not make Qembara responsible for your Experience, your conduct, your legal compliance, your safety arrangements, or your obligations to Guests.
Qembara does not guarantee any level of Listing visibility, ranking, traffic, bookings, revenue, profit, reviews, ratings, promotion, or repeat business.
Qembara may change platform design, ranking logic, fees, features, markets, categories, eligibility standards, Host standards, and operating rules from time to time. Qembara is not liable for loss arising from such changes where made in good faith and to the extent permitted by law.
You remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, quality, and delivery of your Experience.
You may apply to become a Host only if:
If you apply on behalf of a company, business, venue, organization, or group, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity and manage the Host relationship with Qembara.
Host approval is personal to the approved Host or approved legal entity and may not be transferred without Qembara's written approval.
Qembara may verify or re-verify your identity, eligibility, documents, licenses, permits, insurance, tax information, payout details, and compliance status at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in Listing suspension, payout delay, account restriction, or removal from Qembara.
Submitting a Host application does not guarantee approval.
Qembara may approve, reject, pause, request more information, or re-review any Host application at its discretion.
Approval is conditional, revocable, non-transferable, and does not guarantee continued participation, Listing publication, ranking, bookings, revenue, profit, or earnings.
You must not publish, promote, accept bookings, or deliver an Experience through Qembara until Qembara has approved the relevant Host profile and Listing.
Qembara may withdraw Host approval where reasonably necessary, including due to safety concerns, Guest complaints, poor response times, weak quality, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, legal concerns, policy breaches, or reputational risk.
You are responsible for:
You must not share your Host account, transfer your Host status, or allow another person to deliver an Experience on your behalf unless Qembara has approved this arrangement.

You confirm that any identifiable person appearing in content you submit has given all permissions required for Qembara to use that content on the platform and in permitted marketing, and that no submitted content violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, child-protection, confidentiality, or personal data rights.
You must not upload images or videos of children unless you have all required permissions from a parent or legal guardian and the content is appropriate for Qembara's platform.
By submitting Host content, you grant Qembara a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, translate, adapt, promote, and distribute that content for platform operation, Listing display, marketing, trust, safety, support, and promotional purposes.
Qembara may remove or request replacement of content that is low quality, misleading, inappropriate, culturally insensitive, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with Qembara's brand or marketplace standards.
You are responsible for setting the Host Fee for your Experience, subject to Qembara's pricing review and platform rules.

You agree that:
You must not ask Guests to pay additional undisclosed amounts outside Qembara.
You must keep your availability accurate and up to date.
When a Guest submits a booking request, you must accept or reject the request within the response period required by Qembara.

Qembara may request proof of compliance at any time.
You must immediately notify Qembara if any license, permit, approval, insurance, venue arrangement, or legal authorization is suspended, expired, revoked, challenged, or no longer valid.
Qembara may request proof of compliance but is not responsible for verifying every legal requirement that applies to you or your Experience.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, fees, penalties, interest, filings, and reporting obligations arising from your Host activity, unless Qembara expressly states otherwise in writing.
You must take reasonable steps to protect Guest safety and community trust.

Qembara may consider evidence before imposing cancellation consequences where practical. Subject to applicable law and policy, Qembara may decide whether to:
You must not ask, pressure, encourage, or manipulate a Guest to cancel so that you can avoid Host cancellation responsibility.
If Qembara reasonably believes you caused, encouraged, or manipulated a Guest cancellation to avoid Host cancellation consequences, Qembara may treat the matter as a Host cancellation or policy breach.
Guest cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and refund requests are handled under Qembara's Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Listing-specific rules shown before booking.
You must not promise refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements directly to Guests unless Qembara authorizes this.
Subject to applicable law, Qembara's refund decision is final unless Qembara chooses to reopen the matter or applicable law requires otherwise.
Qembara may deduct refunds, chargebacks, reversals, penalties, or Guest remedies from amounts payable to you where permitted by law and policy.
If a Guest is a no-show or arrives late, you must record the issue promptly and provide any evidence reasonably requested by Qembara.
Your Host earnings are based on completed or payable bookings, less refunds, reversals, deductions, chargebacks, penalties, adjustments, taxes, fees, or amounts otherwise permitted under these Terms and Qembara's policies.
Qembara may delay, withhold, offset, reverse, or adjust payouts where reasonably necessary, including due to:
Qembara will not unreasonably withhold Host payouts once the relevant issue has been resolved, supporting information has been provided, and no further refund, chargeback, legal, safety, fraud, or policy concern remains.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payout details are accurate.
Guests may submit reviews and ratings after an Experience.

You must not retaliate against, threaten, harass, or penalize Guests for reviews, complaints, refund requests, or reports to Qembara.
Qembara may moderate, remove, hide, or decline to publish reviews that breach Qembara's Review and Content Policy.
Qembara may use ratings, reviews, response time, cancellation rate, complaint history, incident history, booking completion, Guest satisfaction, and Listing quality to determine ranking, visibility, promotion, suspension, or removal.
Repeated poor performance may result in coaching, reduced visibility, paused Listings, suspended payouts, account restriction, or removal from Qembara.
You must not make or attempt to make off-platform bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, substitutions, side arrangements, or direct repeat-booking arrangements with Guests discovered through Qembara, unless Qembara expressly allows this in writing.
If you do so, Qembara may cancel the booking, deny payout, suspend or terminate your account, recover lost fees, refuse support, and take further action where permitted by law.
